1.1 You will be able to access most areas of this Website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this Website are only open to you if you register.
1.2 We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website. ORDERING FROM US
2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
2.3 We may not be able to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where your account is overdue;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error
3.1 All prices exclude VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. VAT will be calculated and shown at the checkout stage.
3.2 If charges for packing, carriage and insurance or other relevant charges, the appropriate rates will be set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.
3.3 Our prices are reviewed periodically and subject to change without notice although we intend to give one month's notice of such changes.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
4.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
4.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required as long as the goods are returned to us in their original packaging, are not damaged and have not been used.
4.4 The rights to return the goods to us and receive a credit as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
in the event that the product has been used or damaged
The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
5.1 You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Website for your own use on the following basis:
(a) no documents or related graphics on this Website are modified in any way;
(b) no graphics on this Website are used separately from accompanying text; and

FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Application of Conditions
1.1 The Supplier shall supply and the Customer shall purchase the Goods and Services subject to these Conditions.
1.2 The Contract shall be to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions subject to which any such quotation is accepted or purported to be accepted, or any such order is made or purported to be made, by the Customer.
2. Definitions and Interpretation: 2.1 In these Conditions:-
"Business Day" means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or Bank holiday. Business Hours are 8:00 to 17:00 Hrs.
"the Customer" means the person who is authorised to place an order on the Supplier for the sale of the Goods and supply of the Services, or whose order for the Goods and Services is accepted by the Supplier;
"the Contract" means the contract for the purchase and sale of the Goods and supply of the Services under these conditions;
"these Conditions" means the standard terms and conditions of sale set out in this document and (unless the context otherwise requires) includes any special terms and conditions agreed in writing between the Customer and the Supplier;
"the Delivery Date" means the anticipated date on which the Goods and Services are to be delivered by the Supplier or its' agent;
"the Goods" means the goods (including any instalment of the goods or any parts for them) which the Supplier is to supply in accordance with these Conditions;
"month" means a calendar month;
"the Services" means the Services to be provided to the Customer as agreed by the Supplier and as set out in the Delivery Note or Acceptance Order;
"the Supplier" means South Coast Seals a company registered in England under Company Number
"writing" includes any communications effected by letter, facsimile transmission, electronic mail or any comparable means.
"Acceptance Order" and "Accepted Order" includes any communications effected by letter, facsimile transmission, electronic mail or any comparable means issued by the Supplier specifying the goods and services to be supplied
2.2 Any reference in these Conditions to a statute or a provision of a statute shall be construed as a reference to that statute or provision as amended, re-enacted or extended at the relevant time.
2.3 The headings in these Conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.
3. Basis of Sale and Service 3.1 The Supplier's employees or agents are not authorised to make any representations concerning the Goods and Services unless confirmed by the Supplier in writing. In entering into the Contract the Customer acknowledges that it does not rely on, and waives any claim for breach of, any such representations which are not so confirmed.
3.2 No variation to these Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing between the authorised representatives of the Customer and the Supplier.
3.3 Sales literature, price lists and other documents issued by the Supplier in relation to the Goods and Services are subject to alteration without notice and do not constitute offers to sell the Goods which are capable of acceptance. An order placed by the Customer may not be withdrawn cancelled or altered after the goods have been despatched prior to acceptance by the Supplier and no contract for the sale of the Goods and Services shall be binding on the Supplier unless the Supplier has issued a written confirmation which is expressed to be an offer to sell the goods and services or has accepted an order placed by the Customer by whichever is the earlier of:-
3.3.1 the Supplier's written acceptance;
3.3.2 delivery of the Goods; or
3.3.3 the Supplier's invoice.
3.4 Any typographical, clerical or other accidental errors or omissions in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by the Supplier shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the Supplier.
4. The Goods 4.1 No order submitted by the Customer shall be deemed to be accepted by the Supplier unless and until confirmed in writing by the Supplier's authorised representative.
4.2 The specification for the Goods shall be those set out in the Supplier's sales documentation unless varied expressly by the Customer and only if accepted by the Supplier. The Goods will only be supplied in the minimum units (or multiples) stated in the Supplier's price list or in multiples of the sales outer as specified unless agreed in writing by the Supplier. Orders received for quantities other than these will be adjusted accordingly.
4.3 Illustrations, photographs or descriptions whether in catalogues, brochures, price lists or other documents issued by the Supplier are intended as a guide only and shall not be binding on the Supplier.
4.4 The Supplier reserves the right to make any changes without notice in the specification of the Goods which are required to conform to any applicable safety or other statutory or regulatory requirements or, where the Goods are to be supplied to the Supplier's specification, which in the opinion of the Supplier do not materially affect their quality or performance.
4.5 No order which has been accepted by the Supplier may be cancelled by the Customer except with the agreement in writing of the Supplier on the terms that the Customer shall indemnify the Supplier in full against all loss (including loss of profit), costs (including the cost of all labour and materials used), damages, charges and expenses incurred by the Supplier as a result of cancellation.
5. The Services 5.1 The Supplier will use reasonable care and skill to perform the services identified in the Accepted Order or otherwise agreed under this agreement.
5.2 The Supplier shall use all reasonable endeavours to complete its obligations under the Schedule, but time will not be of the essence in the performance of these obligations.
